Packing and Posting Time

We pack every order and drop it off at the post office within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST start the next business day.

This is not the delivery time. It is the time it takes us to get your order to the post office. From there, delivery time depends on the post office and the delivery service you choose at checkout, shown below. The post office can sometimes run late.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The delivery times below start once we drop your order off at the post office, after the 1-3 business days we take to pack it.

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - Calculated by weight
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - Calculated by weight
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - Calculated by weight

International Shipping

We currently ship to globally, International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination at checkout.

International Delivery Times (from the day we drop your order off at the post office):

• Canada: 7-14 business days
• Europe: 10-20 business days
• Australia: 14-25 business days
• Other International: 15-30 business days

No Surprise Fees at Delivery

When you order from us, we handle all customs duties and taxes upfront so you don't have to worry about unexpected charges when your package arrives.

What are duties and taxes? These are fees required by your country's customs authority on international shipments. Every package crossing international borders may be subject to these government-mandated charges based on the product value, type, and your local import regulations.

About the fees: The duties and taxes are set by your government and passed directly to customs authorities. A small processing fee is added to cover the administrative costs of handling international customs paperwork and payments on your behalf.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on provided carrier website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes: Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. Once an order has been packed, we cannot modify the shipping address.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

1. Check with neighbors and building management
2. Look around your delivery area (porches, side doors, etc.)
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
4. Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus return shipping fees for reshipment.

Holiday Shipping

During peak seasons and holidays, packing and delivery times may be longer. We'll post any delays on our website and social media channels.

Holiday Cutoff Dates:

• Standard Shipping: December 15th
• Expedited Shipping: December 18th
• Express Shipping: December 21st

Military APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to military APO/FPO addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by location but typically take 10-21 business days.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS services only. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
